The CKMR defines a purebred Kiger as one who can trace their Kiger’s sire and dam lines back to either one or both of the two “Herd Management Areas” (HMA’s), Kiger HMA and Riddle HMA prior to January 1, 2004. |

The CKMR offers an opportunity to all young adults between the ages of 10 and 17 to participate in the Junior Kiger Club (JKC). The JKC is a new program designed to bring young adults together from across Canada and the US in order to foster new friendships while learning about the Kiger breed. Kiger ownership is not required to apply for the JKC. |

Voting Membership Application Form |

The CKMR offers their members the right to have their voice heard. By joining the CKMR as a full voting member, you will be included in all registry decisions, have access to the members only web page, be placed in our group email list and have the ability to submit proposals for changes, amendments and/or new business. Please note; as of 2008, our membership fees have been increased. All new members and renewed membership Applications will reflect this increase. Kiger ownership is not required to apply for membership as an active voting member in the CKMR. |
